Course Objective

The aim of the course is to develop knowledge about principles and practices of food hygiene in food processing environment, hotels and catering to ensure compliance with local legal food safety requirements.

  • Who is always present at the work site

Course Delivery

  • All courses are held at hotels and can be held at customers premises, if required
  • Fee includes coffee/tea and lunch break.

Certification

  • Successful participants will receive a Dubai municipality attended certificate
