2017 Annual URS Conference in Bournemouth, UK

The conference was attended by partners from almost 30 URS offices worldwide.

The annual URS conference, which brings together partners from all URS offices worldwide, was held on 6th April 2017 at the URS Head Office in Bournemouth, United Kingdom (UK).

At the conference, there were various discussions held about future strategies for the group including offering of new certification schemes, products and services.

Among the various topics discussed at the conference were: –

• Training on ISO 17021:2015 version
• IATF 16949 Upgrade
• AS 9100 Upgrade
• SEDEX Audit Training

The conference concluded on a lighter note with all attendees treated to a game of bowling in a group which ended with a social gathering and dinner.

The group extended its thanks to all participants who came from around the world to make the event a success. The valuable feedback and inputs shared by all partners was constructive and helpful. These will be reviewed and implemented in the near future to help to make URS a more sustainable business, for both our clients and ourselves.
