The aim of this course is to bring the participants to the Lead Auditor Level. The course provides skills, knowledge and understanding of principles and practices of internal & external auditing of Food Safety Management Systems. On successful com-pletion of the course, the participants should be capable of conducting successful audits of companies Food Safety Management Systems in order to identify deficiencies and appraise the effectiveness of the system, reporting the outcome and deter-mine whether or not it meets the requirements of the ISO 22000 series.
