The Oberoi Beach Resort in Ajman, successfully completed its compliance and was awarded certification for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points Certification (HACCP) by URS-ME.
Achieving the HACCP certification demonstrates its commitment to produce quality food in a safe environment. HACCP’s evidence-based approach benefits organizations who are subject to inspection by local regulatory authorities or stakeholders. It shows the organization’s real commitment to food safety through HACCP compliance and thus enhance the brand value.
