The Oberoi Beach Resort in Ajman, successfully completed its compliance and was awarded certification for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points Certification (HACCP) by URS-ME.
Achieving the HACCP certification demonstrates its commitment to produce quality food in a safe environment. HACCP’s evidence-based approach benefits organizations who are subject to inspection by local regulatory authorities or stakeholders.
