URS does not practise hidden non-discrimination by speeding or delaying applications. There are no financial considerations, other than non-payment of invoices, which will cause delay or cancel of certification<\/p><p><strong>Aims and Objectives<\/strong><\/p><p>The aims and objective of the URS Holding have not changed since the initial formation of the Company and Holding and they are:<\/p><ol><li>To be an International provider of Risk Management Services relating to such activities as Auditing of Management Systems, Certification, Inspection and other related services for risk management.<\/li><li>To offer a wide range of scopes within the above service activities in an endeavour to be a &#8220;One-Stop-Shop&#8221; for clients.<\/li><li>To offer the services with integrity by the demonstration of Accreditation by the relevant Government appointed bodies.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Client Warning<\/strong><\/p><p>In keeping with our policy and aims and objectives, we endorse the principles of Accreditation to ensure what we do is based on Internationally agreed rules for a Registrar and we pride ourselves on our Transparency in the manner in which we operate.<\/p><p>Some Registrars and Certification Bodies either do not have any form of Accreditation, or do not have Accreditation that is Internationally Recognised by Governments, or their appointed bodies.<\/p><p>Always check that the Registrar, or CB you wish to work with is Accredited by an appropriate body and a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and signatory to the Multilateral Agreement (MLA).<\/p><p>For more information, contact UKAS in the UK and note examples of such warnings from the UK Government &#8211; see their extract via BIS, which makes reference to such warnings, along the lines of:<\/p><p>&#8220;BIS has further advised certification representative organisations in the UK, that:<\/p><p>&#8220;Accreditation&#8221;
