Ms. Madonna Camoens – Multi – Property Food Safety & Hygiene Manager, Mr. Akhilesh Srambikkal – Chief steward and Mr. Oscar Cimmino – Chef de Cuisine. The certificate was awarded by URS Marketing Manager Mr. Jojith Jose.
