Project QA & QC: Provision to clients of independent project supervision and control services. Project QA & QC may include such matters as:- Supervision of Plant “shut-owns”, Control of Contractors at all stages within a Project life-cycle e.g.: during the complete build of a new factory or site, Monitoring of Project Plans to ensure “key” activities are being meet.
Expediting: Provision of resource to the client in order to expedite the Client’s project in a timely and effective manner; whilst ensuring due professional care to the specification(s) are being meet.
Lifting Equipment: Provision of expertise for the thorough examination of all types of lifting equipment e.g.: Mobile Cranes, Fork Lift Trucks, Ship-to-Shore Cranes, Gantries, Pulleys.
