Course Objective
The aim of this course is to familiarize with the fundamental topics of Food Safety Management Systems and the ISO 22000 series. This is an introductory course for the Food Safety Management Systems developed by URS ME. On successful completion, the participants should have a reasonable understanding of Food Safety Management System and ISO 22000 requirements.
